_OCD Support Group for Youth age 9-young adult. (With Pete Weiss, MA, LMHC) The group will provide normalization, support,education, and a safe and  fun environment for kids, teens, and young adults to learn and share about their OCD. Older members of the group will provide support to our younger members, helping to instill real-to-life experience and wisdom on how to cope with OCD.

When: 2nd Tuesdays of every month, but in February we will meet 2/7

Unplugging your Child A Frank talk on children and technology-(With Brady Miller, Ph.D.) This talk will address how and why to limit your children's technology use. We will discuss the benefits and costs of technology for kids, and help parents find ways to counteract some of the problems that can develop with too much screen time.
